Restricted Visibility - 1 Long Blast.Underway but stopped and making no way.
Restricted Visibility - 2 Long Blast.Vessel Not under command, Restricted in ability to manoeuver or Contrained by Draught.
Restricted Visibility - 1 Long, 2 Short Blasts.Vessel engaged in towing.
